TPL Warranty Statement

Total Performance Lasers warrants that all Total Performance Lasers machines are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal and intended use.

Unless otherwise stated in writing at the time of purchase, all Total Performance Lasers are warranted against manufacturing defects and general wear under normal operating conditions for the lifetime of the product, to the original purchaser only.

This warranty does not cover damage, failure, or malfunction resulting from, including but not limited to:

• Accessing, tampering with, or modifying control panels or internal components without proper instruction or authorization
   
• Improper use, abuse, neglect, or misuse
   
• Improper installation, setup, maintenance, or cleaning
   
• Unauthorized modification, alteration, or repair
   
• Disassembly or servicing performed without prior consultation and written approval from Total Performance Lasers
   
• Accidental damage, impact damage, or environmental damage beyond normal operating conditions
   
• Normal cosmetic wear that does not affect functionality
   

All warranty claims exclude shipping costs. The customer is responsible for all shipping and transportation charges to and from Total Performance Lasers for any warranty inspection, repair, or replacement.

All warranty claims must receive prior approval from Total Performance Lasers before any product is returned. Total Performance Lasers reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to repair or replace the product or any component thereof.

This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.

Total Performance Lasers shall not be liable for any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages arising from the use, misuse, or inability to use the product. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on incidental or consequential damages, so these limitations may not apply in all cases.
