Return and Refund Policy

Effective Date: Date of Purchase

All sales made through Total Performance Lasers are final. By completing a purchase, the buyer acknowledges and agrees to the terms outlined in this policy.

Total Performance Lasers does not accept returns or exchanges beyond thirty (30) calendar days from the original date of delivery.

Any return request submitted after this 30-day period will be automatically denied, with no exceptions.

If a return is approved in writing by Total Performance Lasers within the 30-day window:

• All approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee
• All shipping costs, including return freight, insurance, and any related fees, are the sole responsibility of the purchaser
• Returned items must be received in original condition, unmodified, and free from damage beyond normal inspection

Total Performance Lasers reserves the right to refuse or reduce any refund if returned items show signs of misuse, modification, improper installation, or damage.

Shipping costs are non-refundable under all circumstances unless explicitly stated or otherwise agreed upon in writing by an authorized representative of Total Performance Lasers.

All performance issues, defects, or operational concerns are handled exclusively under the applicable product warranty.

Returns will not be accepted for issues that fall under warranty coverage. Customers must follow Total Performance Lasers warranty claim process for repair or replacement determinations.

Warranty Statement

Any return sent without prior written authorization from Total Performance Lasers will be refused and returned to the sender at the sender’s expense.

By purchasing from Total Performance Lasers, the buyer agrees to and is bound by this Return & Refund Policy in full.
